The internal areas of the apartments on levels 1 to 3 are 95% complete, with the remaining two floors progressing well. External façade works are in the final stages, with the landscaping works due to commence later this month. The entrance is currently being completed, bringing us to the end of work with the structural elements of the building.
With regards to the building completion, we are on track for late April 2021. Upon completion we will need to apply for a Code of Compliance Certificate (CCC) in addition to the Certificate of title. This process usually takes approximately 6-8 weeks (depending on how busy Auckland Council is). Settlement of the building will then take place 10 working days after the Certificate of title being issued. We will keep you updated on progress as we near these milestones.
